This is an advanced technical training course that focuses on diagnosing and troubleshooting problems related to:

• application traffic visibility, control, and acceleration
• network performance gaps
• network integrity
• traffic flow
• PacketShaper hardware
• PacketShaper software and configuration
• PacketShaper capacities, limits, and performance

The course also covers advanced command line operation of Packeteer devices; advanced visibility, control and acceleration options; troubleshooting strategies, and the use of diagnostic tools
